The visitor data Customers.ai provides is incredible. It feels like getting back the kind of information Google and other analytics tools used to give us (but you get more data that's better). You can see exactly who’s visiting, what pages they’re interacting with, how long they stay, how often they return, etc. It's nice to have user-level data again and it's easy to use and easy to figure out.

I’m really impressed with how Customers.ai has evolved, especially with the new lead gen capabilities they’re rolling out. The platform makes it easy to identify and capture leads directly from our site, giving us a much clearer picture of who’s interested and ready to engage. It’s been a huge help to the team in organizing and acting on our lead data effectively.

Customers.ai does a great job of capturing emails and identifying website visitors which is incredibly valuable to us. The data it pulls is accurate and can be synced to our CRM and other retargeting tools easily. What I really like is that it works just very well for B2B but it also captures individuals (B2C) since you get both personal and business contact information. It doesn’t take much time to get everything set up and the dashboard has come a long way over the past year - the new analytics and filtering options are very helpful.
