I love that the advanced segmentation options here make it easy to create tailored campaigns. I also love that it's easy to connect to Klaviyo and Facebook...saves a ton of time around audience building. I would add that one of the best features is the customer intelligence data. We now get detailed insights into demographics and behavior that help shape better campaigns. Everything is intuitive and easy to use.
