Real customer service - a real person who responds, takes calls, etc.

Customers.ai is hands down the best visitor identification tool I’ve used. It’s been huge for growing my email list (I think we’ve added something like 10,000 emails in the last six months alone) and the data is way more accurate than what I’ve seen with other tools. I also love how it integrates with tools like HighLevel and Shopify. It's nice to be able to capture the leads and then automatically sync them. I remember one of the tools I used to use, you had to manually export the list in a csv, then upload it, and you lost a lot of time. I also like that even though Customers.ai markets itself as being for big ecommerce businesses, it’s worked perfectly for my smaller business too. At the end of the day, if your goal is to capture leads and grow your email list, this tool does exactly that without making things overly complicated.

Works for either personal emails or business emails and it has lots of integrations (everything I need is there). User interface is very intuitive.
