I like the interface of Sharepoint. It is effortless to navigate and to research everything I need to find. It is very often that I go onto Sharepoint, and a page is being updated in real-time. That is very helpful because the information is always up to date and accurate!

Not the most popular for a reason
It's nice how CS for Sharepoint helps you to manage your basic customer service requests in one place where you can easily create, manage, and track all of them together. It is nice it how integrates with other software as well so if you use it then it is really nice.
