As a brand with a lot of SKUs, effective recommendation has always been something we've thought about. Very relevant product recommendations
In the past we used cookies or other views like most popular or new items as a form of personalization. However, with CM we are able to take stock of what a customer is actually interested in or looking for when serving them recommendations. It makes for a much better customer experience, not to mention more completed sales.
