Provides its user with customer resource management features to help improve their business output.

Email marketing can be done by the use of this software. This feature provides the user with the power to catalogue there product with a single click on multiple platforms. Calendar feature is provided and a reminder can be set up for the user. This helps in maintaining the workforce discipline and makes sure that the work remains time oriented. Social media integration can be done via this software, reducing a lot of the workload of swiping through multiple social media platforms individually for marketing. A cloud storage option is provided to the user in order to empower him with the ability to access data anytime, anywhere irrespective of the surroundings. A support team is available to deal with issues faced by the user. The feature comes quite handy during the initial phase when a person is breaking in the system.

Unique application for customer relationship management programs.

CRM Connect application is a customer management application for dealers. Mostly, these types of applications are used by distributors. We can manage our customers through this precise application and it is also used for technology and development teams for managing customers for business profit. It has unique features like contact management, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and many more which is good for customer satisfaction. I can also manage email with this application. Sales Forecasting is a process in business management that tells the users how many sales they can make in the future whether they get profit or loss in future sales.
