Dealer.com provides us with a relatively simple platform to maintain our online website presence. We can add custom pages with widgets and social media links, as well as integrate other suppliers' widgets for a seamless online experience for our customers.

Very intuitive, easy to navigate. When you do need support, it's easy to obtain and the reps are very proficient and friendly.

Recommendation would have been higher just a few years ago

I like that Dealer.com was an accepted website provider by many/most car manufacturers from the beginning. We went for a provider that most manufacturers would accept (and co-op), but also require the least amount of training since you only have to learn one backend platform then. I like that Dealer.com provides advertising along with the website. The one time we appreciate an "all-in-one" option since they can integrate everything and start inventory feeds themselves then.
