Our Competitive Intelligence team conducts a quarterly Win/Loss Analysis and Buyer Evaluation Survey where we analyze hundreds to thousands of deals each quarter, and manually invite hundreds of buyers to participate in our survey after a win or a loss. The TruVoice dashboards are intuitive and easy to use and provide great visibility for our CI team, Sellers, Sales leaders, and other stakeholders. We have the ability to cut the data using advanced filtering that maps back to our CRM fields, which significantly reduces the time to analysis. The PI team is incredibly helpful and service-minded. We've had a VERY long evaluation cycle due to internal processes. Despite that, PI's teams have been patient, responsive, helpful, and always mindful of our team's goals and objectives. They proactively identify new or better ways of doing things. We really appreciate that PI shares other companies' best practices. We consider them to be a partner, not just another software vendor. I have used Primary Intelligence at two companies now.
