cord has great usability that makes sourcing and messaging faster and easier. It's also very easy to identify people that are actively looking for work. It seems to me that cord is made for recruiters at the same time is appreciated by engineers because with cord, we (recruiters), can also be more assertive when reaching out to people. Also, I like the tips they give you while writing approach messages and the detailed info about how engaged a person is. The best sourcing platform I tried until now. :)
