What does it say about a company when even the CEO goes out of his way to help you? I can't say enough good things about the help I personally received from the President Tom Fanelli. I attended a webinar that he spoke at and afterward reached out to see if he could give me some advice on ways we could speed up the page load times of our website. I was frustrated because I was getting nowhere with our website agency and only excuses as to why our website was slow.
Within minutes of sending my email, Tom returned my request and jumped on a call to help (I'm not even his client and he's doing this). That's unheard of in today's world. Especially having the CEO himself reach out and help. He easily could have ignored me or fobbed me off to some lower- level team member. But he quickly had me on a call and within about 20 mins. he had quickly upgraded the speed and load times of our website.
As I said, we aren't even a client of Convesio.com. But you can bet that if this is how he treats non-clients, we'll be switching to his hosting service very soon.
