Since their customer base is so vast, they have seen a huge variety of problems on an array of different platforms, so they have a lot of the answers already. The NOC is very integrated with the rest of the platform so you can leave them to look after your servers and they can log in and correct any problems as they occur. They only contact you if they need your input.
