Greatly Improved Client Communication with Content Snare

All the answers in one place

* Completely customisable, but provides templates to get you started. * Easy to use and allows you to screen further questions based on the answers provided. For example if you ask "Do you have a spouse?" and the answer is yes, you can ask further questions about the spouse. If the answer is no, you don't make them pass on those questions, they just don't come up. * You can make sure you have asked all the questions you need and have the client's answer in writing. * Everything is kept in one place, in a logical order with all additional documents attached. * You can edit the requests if needed (add questions, choose a different answer format). * Clients can ask questions if they are unsure of anything.

What is Content Snare?

If you work in a marketing agency, accounting firm (or pretty much any service business), you know how frustrating it is to get information from clients. Clients avoid your emails for weeks.
