Bundled with several features and integrations to make life easy for support professionals

- Enables seamless coordination between different departments as the necessary information for a particular order is visible to the different departments - Fast desktop application - Integrations with applications like Outlook, Zapier etc.

Great tool for supporting our customers

Connectwise ScreenConnect is a great way for us to connect with customers in order to troubleshoot various issues. It's a simple tool which we can easily get customers to navigate to via the web or send them direct emails to establish a support session.
