We spent a lot of money on several different solutions before we found Connected Business. What we like the best is that we are able to run our business on one solution instead of 3 or 4. We also like that Connected Business is highly customization as we have customized it quite a bit. We also like that Connected Business is always being improved and unlike when we were using Dynamics, the owners seem to care and listen to new feature suggestions.
There are a few areas that Connected Business has made a difference in the way we do business. The biggest impact for us, was having the eCommerce system working with our inventory and order fulfillment processes. Having one system to handle the telephone, web and Amazon sales has solved a lot of the challenges we were facing previously. We were having a difficult time of keep track of our inventory quantities and Connected Business solved those problems for us. I also like the Business intelligence as it is really flexible once you learn it. We have found that the system is far more customization than the one we replaced.
