Very responsive when we have needs and questions

We like application visibility and that applicants can see the deadline dates. We have received nothing but positive feedback from applicants, liking the 24/7 access to their application. Our reviewers and scorers also like the convenience of being able to review from their homes.

We originally had a paper process and in 2014 we chose CommunityForce ScholarsUnited as the tool to help us manage our fellowship applications. As a one-person administrative office for a foundation, I am able to manage the lifecycle of the fellowship applications without a full team backing me up.
