Codingame has been a great tool to assess the Technical Skill of every candidate we talk with. Also, it's not only about the service itself, but the way it is delivered by the team. Recommend to try it out!

The interface is clean and easy to navigate. The questions seem well targeted and realistic, without catering to overly-niche domain knowledge or wrote memorization. The coding exercises were effective and reliable, and reasonably easy to understand, although the Java exercise I attempted did not clarify the criteria for the desired output very well.
