CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 überzeugt durch seine einfache Integration in Outlook, die intuitive zentrale Verwaltung und den hervorragenden Support. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert, und die Signaturen lassen sich mühelos unternehmensweit steuern. Die Einrichtung und Verwaltung der Signaturen für unterschiedliche Benutzer(-gruppen) ist schnell gelernt und funktioniert tadellos. Der Support reagiert schnell und kompetent, was das gesamte Erlebnis noch angenehmer macht.

The ability to restrict users from customizing their own signautres, on the fly immediate updates, and an incredible amount of functionality. We had many users not updating their signatures that included old office information, old phone numbers, and more. Users just do what they want. CodeTwo allowed us to take that from the users and manage it all between our IT and Marketing team. We absolutely LOVE how you can have multiple signatures. We choose to include exclusive employee only content in our internal emails so that we can drive more traffic to ongoing company activities; like holiday celebrations, contests, interanl specific communication and more. Also LOVE getting the little (get outlook for iOS, and others) removed from all signatures. It works really well and would suggest this to anyone. One of my favorite products in our environment. Incredibly easy to implement, very easy to make frequent changes and when changes are made, it updates instantly. We frequently use the customization. Integrates very well with Outlook (client or browser).

Coming from an environment where each signature was made by hand into an automated platform like Code2 is a breath of fresh air. Adding sigs was often overlooked during new user setup and if changes needed to be made the time required to do it for each user was daunting. Code2 removes all these barriers and integrates seamlessly into Office 365 for automated signature deployment. My recent support experience was also top notch, noticeably superior support compared to many other 3rd party vendors out there.
