CodeTwo Email signatures are evry easy to install und easy to use.

We've adopted CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 in advance to our migration to Exchange Online. The initial setup was very easy and straight forward. We did not have issues with creating complex signature rules and designs. Also the licensing model is very great. The support team has always been helpfull and provided quick responses.

With CodeTwo we have found a satisfactory solution to implement our signature according to Corporte Design specifications. Our uniform corporate identity is now contemporary and meaningful from a design perspective. The mail recipients can easily communicate with us via links and we do not have to have any additional administrative settings made by the employees. A win-win situation for all sides. The template creation is easy to handle and implement, but requires a little technical understanding. If problems arise, the really patient and dedicated customer support team is on hand within minutes. Our internal IT administration was very satisfied with the simple integration into the MS365 system. Thanks to CodeTwo, the team at Ruß Ingenieure AG has a uniform CI communication image to the outside world.
