I LOVE THE DAILY COACHING TIPS FOR MYSELF, I LOVE THE RESOURCES THAT ARE AVAILABLE. I LOVE THAT THERE IS A LOT OF WAYS WE CAN INCORPORTATE THE INFORMATION INTO OUR TEAMS TO WORK BETTER TOGETHER AND UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER.

The assessments have a level of difficulty, but the output is absolutely spot on. I love using features to compare types with colleagues to determine how we can best work together.

I enjoy gaining insight into the people I will be interacting with in meetings. As a new person in the company, it has taken the guessing game out of planning and navigating interactions, making you more efficient. Also, you can see how your team is weighted to see if there are any areas you aren't covering to help you all work together.
