The insights provided by the tool on yourself and your colleagues/leaders is incredibly valuable and helps you prepare for conversations in ways that you would not be able to accomplish without Cloverleaf. To learn more about your strengths, traits, preferences, etc. is a great way to leverage those daily in a professional setting to be a more engaged employee and boost morale and productivity. It can be an effective sales tool when utilizing the Client Navigator and creating teams where team selling occurs. Calendar integration is another cool feature where you gain insights to help you prepare for a meeting that day with other Cloverleaf users.
