The easy to use summary of the team is a huge help to give me and my team leads a snapshot of strengths and weaknesses and thus guide us on our recruiting decisions. Finally, the proactive coaching is a really neat touch - waking up on a Monday morning to my coaching email offering a little reminder of who I am and how I behave as well as a snippet about one of my team members is awesome and has helped build bridge with those team members I have less contact with.
