The dashboard is a great way to get a bigger picture of yourself and working styles. But, my favorite is the cloverleaf coaching emails. They have given me insights and shown me what is natural to me to accept about myself and what I can work on. Helpful in validating growth work.

My favorite feature is the email I get at the start of my day with a small insight about other cloverleaf users or teammates with whom I have meetings that day. This really helps me approach each person as a unique individual and better able to speak their language.

I love that Cloverleaf pulls in multiple personality inventories to deliver a complete picture of each employee. Plus, it integrates with other apps we use.
