Snapmint's engagement with CloudKeeper has been nothing short of delightful. The service is really simple and at the same time most fertile. One of my responsibilities as a DevOps Lead is to continuously work on optimizing costs while ensuring smooth infra operations. Access to the CK Lens platform to analyze costs or to be able to immediately get in touch with their FinOps Services team regarding any queries make my role much easier. Perk to this is that their team is very responsive so we don't feel like we are dealing with a 3rd party. They are available via calls, emails, and chats (almost all possible channels) and work with us with full transparency.
