We can either use the GV email to send our designs for approval or we can send a link. We're also using GV to attach our Sales Estimate so that we know customers have received both their artwork and Estimate so that they can approve both in one step. Customers like GV and our approval cycles are accelerating. We like the ability to capture user comments as well.

It is easy! There is really no learning curve with this software. It is easy to see the comments and where they relate to on the packaging.
