I believe the most useful feature of ClockShark is actually the support staff and training tools. Overall, ClockShark is very simple to navigate. My company was reluctant to switch to electronic timekeeping because change can be difficult to implement. However, ClockShark offers excellent training articles, videos and live support so everything from the integration to training our staff was a breeze. A bonus for us is that ClockShark offers training tools in English and Spanish, and the app can actually be turned to Spanish mode. I believe this helped with our transition to the digital age and made the experience more enjoyable and less intimidating for our employees.
