**Zero Stars: Broken Promises and Frustrating Experience with Clinicsource**
I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with my experience using Clinicsource. Their claims of a user-friendly platform and a seamless communication portal for clients and therapists were nothing but false promises.
First, let's talk about their so-called "user-friendly" platform. It required hours of training just to understand the basics. The user interface was convoluted and confusing, making it nearly impossible to navigate without extensive guidance. And speaking of guidance, the customer service was an absolute disaster. The representatives seemed to be as lost as I was, struggling to answer even the most basic questions about how the platform works. Whenever I had a question, they would simply defer to someone else who never bothered to call back or offer any assistance whatsoever.
Despite completing the seemingly never-ending training, access to crucial parts of the platform remained locked away from me. For around six months, I pleaded and begged for access, sending countless requests and messages. Yet, no one at Clinicsource seemed to have a clue about how to resolve this issue or provide any meaningful support.
What's even more infuriating is their relentless pursuit of payment. They continuously sent me emails, requesting money without any follow-through on their end to address my access problems. It's clear that their priorities are not in line with their customers' needs, but solely focused on their financial gain.
Perhaps the most maddening part of this ordeal is their rigid commitment requirement. Despite realizing within just two weeks that Clinicsource was an absolute disaster for my business, they smugly threw a contract in my face and refused any release. This felt like a slap in the face, as they had no qualms about ignoring my desperate pleas for assistance.
Nearly a year has passed, and I find myself with an empty promise of a platform that I've paid for but cannot use effectively. Clinicsource has proven to be a colossal waste of both time and money. Their broken promises, lack of assistance, and customer disregard are beyond infuriating. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise steering clear of this company.
