I like the variety of work - there are always 20+ jobs, some new on the daily, some are the usual. They also have a pay rate scale that rewards you for better, more in-depth answers.

I had a lot of images that were in nested folder structures, there was blurred-out images, images of faces (not relevant), and medical x-ray images which were irrelevant. The team was swift in cleaning out these images without much effort/guidance from my side.
