I like that ClickHelp supports a great number of export formats like PDF, Word, CHM, WebHelp and many more. Plus, flexible permission management is really a game changer - I can easily control access to my documentation projects with a system of roles and permissions.

ClickHelp is an excellent solution when you need to turn a lot of existing documentation into a modern web portal with easy navigation and quick search. If you do not have any special requests for the article's layout, the import process will allow you to publish documentation on the web quickly. If you want to make a beautiful layout with the insertion of graphics, videos and interactive elements, ClickHelp is also quite flexible. Technical support is fast enough. Ready-made portal templates are optimized for mobile platforms, are quite cute and easily adapt to corporate identity.

I like the way ClickHelp improved our workflow. We used Microsoft Word before but, you know, this is not a professional approach - you can’t leave comments, you have to send docs via email and the like. To be honest, it was a nightmare. But now the collaboration is so easy.
