Speaking of collaboration with coworkers, ClickHelp created a great authoring environment. We don’t need to work from the same office because ClickHelp is a browser-based solution - every team member can work from anywhere and nothing will be missed. Tech writers, reviewers, and SMEs have access to a portal where they can work on content together - leave comments, monitor the version history, compare different topic versions, and the like. Our collaboration with users has been improved as well since ClickHelp provides readers feedback widgets like GraphComment.

I like that it’s easy to create PDF documents with ClickHelp. Plus, I can configure many style-related parameters like add custom headers/footers, backgrounds, etc., to make sure my printed documents look good.

I like how ClickHelp has made our documentation more user-friendly and searchable. ClickHelp offers a full-text search engine - you can not only use it for easy use cases but also for complex ones where you need quotes, wildcards, etc. And even if you create password-protected documentation, the search engine will consider your user permissions. It’s well thought out.
