We wanted to get on-line, quick. We looked at much larger products, but decided that ClickHelp was the fastest, simplest way. Haven't looked back.

There are few things I like most about it. It's incredibly intuitive and takes hardly no time to learn. I also love that it's online, works across platforms, handles its own backups, and grades the readability of each page.
