Best platform with diversifications for customer contact

|Clickatell Chat Commerce Platform
Use of the SMS channel mainly as a tool for live chat, allowing me to contact my client and even integrate a chatbot to do this for me, which is available as a tool on the platform. I also really liked the wide variety of integrations that the platform has, allowing me to connect even to my Shopify account quickly, practically, and easily.
