I love that the CilckDimensions tool is fully integrated with Dynamics 365. It works together in the same familiar environment seamsly, making you forget your using two different applications. Some of my favorite features include; - Drag and drop templates. They are easy to use, easy to teach others how to use, and you can customize them enough to make them branded to your company and your own - The granular level of detail that you can review after sending out communication. Ability to review heat maps, bounce rates, engagement rates, unsubscribes, click rates, etc. Everything I would want to know (and more) about the communication I sent is available at my finger tips - Campaign automation feature - Ability to clone favorite templates (huge time saver) - Widgets and tracking for company website - Event connectors - Level of support that ClickDimensions offers. Our account rep, Nicole Steen, is always available to help and or participate in co-hosted webinars. The support from the help desk is always quick and proficient

Once you deploy it, you doesn't even know, it is not part of Dynamics 365. It works seamlesly and the best thing is, that it's not only a "email's sender", but it helps you with a full martketing automation. The cooperation with support team and our Partner Account Manager Linda Johnson is more then amazing - it just works.

Since ClickDimensions is based exclusively on Dynamics CRM there's very deep integration points. The web analytics, email analytics, and more all write back to CRM and provide a great unified view of the marketing efforts. The documentation on the CD site is also very thorough, and their support team is excellent.
