I wouldn't recommend ClickDimensions as a marketing solution for B2B companies

I kinda like the integration to Dynamics 365, but that would be the only thing I can mention as a pro in comparison with other products. However, the marketing automation tool for automatic emailing works ok even though it lacks a few important features that it should have by default.

Marketing Automation with Dynamics 365

Clickdimensions offer us the possibility to automate tasks that we were not able to do before. Based on the data quality of your CRM you will be able to utilize the tool to it's full capabilities. Recommended for small to mid-sized businesses that have a dedicated marketing department and don't want to have a difficult implementation process. Been using it for over three years and it will fulfill most needs for these kind of companies.

The product is useful, but there are a lot of steps required in making it great.

I like the ability to send to individuals as well as to larger lists. I also appreciate being able to use templates as well as create free-form emails on the spot.
