The client support we've received when we've asked for it has been excellent. The software provides a nice experience for candidates.

The new hire experience is great and we've received a lot of positive feedback from our new hires after going through the process. I also like that you can complete the I9 and E-verify in the system and don't have to go out to other sites to get those steps done. They've updated their UI recently, which has helped a bit on the administrative burden on the backend.

Click boarding is such an easy product to use, their support teams are very responsive (Which is huge), they are constantly checking in to make sure that you are satisfied with their services. Totally streamlined our on-boarding process.
