Cleo is a micro loan app in which is useful for getting out a pinch financially. The app contains a sassy ai in which will mess with the user a little bit, but that is what I like about it. The positivity along with the business side of it, ensuring CLEO is paid back.

That the app does what it says it will do and that it provides snarky but straight forward, honest humor or enlightenment at the same time and at your own expense (pun intended).

I like nice comical spin it puts on budgeting.
