We were able to create custom templates in Claravine to also ensure we were naming assets correctly, and also feeding data from Claravine in to our other reporting platforms. The team was always happy to help and in the end, the standard product offering they sell, alongside the custom offering they built for us, really created efficiencies across the team, which fed through to the entire business and leadership. Another thing I loved was the automatic excel export to your email of submissions - ten out of ten!
