Huge fan of the ability to set up unique customer journeys based on their behavior with our business. Tracking things like quantity of visits, recapturing them on certain frequency etc are awesome. Also since it's sms based the results seem a lot better than email.

The platform is very robust. Our goal is to bring people back to our physical stores, and Patch gives us the ability to focus on getting customers back and staying top of mind, and Patch really does that for us!
