It gives a user-friendly interface that allows businesses to manage customer information, track sales and marketing activities, and generate reports and analytics for the services.

What I like best in CitrusDB is that it is Open source. Moreover, it is a web-based database that gives the platform independence. The number of customers or users that can be registered is not limited to a value Service Types and Attributes are also not limited.

The UI we get is pretty user-friendly and similar to an excel sheet. It is easy to navigate through. I like that it is open source and has many features like CRM, invoicing, credit cards etc.
