i like the fact i can generate real time interaction with the audience, i would in a sensitive area of practice and the anonymity of being able to give answers adds so much to the session. Also using the word cloud and free text is useful to allow people to type whatever they feel. It is easy to use and i have found no issues with audience being able to access the tool once i put the first slide up.
