At first I was a little overwhelmed with all of the platform's features, but after just a few training sessions with my customer success manager, and knowing that I can contact her at any point with questions, I felt much more comfortable.
Knowledge360 pulls in all of the news and updates on our competitors so I'm not searching through 20+ browser windows to get a sense of what's going on in the market. This is a huge time saver! I just login to Knowledge360 and have everything I need in one place. It also makes it super easy to flag important updates and share them with my team/across our organization.
