You can record and share all calls and conferences, and maaiiconnect also generates reports for these calls so you can keep better track of concerns and enquiries from the customers. maaiiconnect offers a virtual toll-free number that you can use to receive all your calls and manage your records in a more convenient fashion within the dashboard. You can also upgrade to gain the feature to send and receive SMS. For the purpose of sending PSAs or making announcements, maaiiconnect allows you to send messages in bulk.
