The platform has almost all of the features and possibilities you could wish for a CS tech, such as the native CRM integration for Microsoft Dynamics (rarer), flexibility for surveys, great capacity for both high and tech touch delivery models, as well as the personalization options. Both the sales cycle and implementation experience were flawless and the team is very responsive and great to work with. The price was reasonable and aligned with how we operate and grow.
