I have used many different CS softwares in the past. CZ is the most advanced one I have seen in my career. The automation that you can build is incredible and really takes repetitive tasks off of the CSM's plates, so they can spend more time on important items. I also really love the AI features. AI is still very new but they quickly developed mutiple AI tools to keep up with this growing and crucial feature.

The training and support as we implemented CZ have been great, and the dashboards, both built-in and custom are fabulous, allowing for at-a-glance updates on accounts and teams.
