I really like how many native integrations it comes with and how personalized it can be. The churn scores, when calibrated correctly, can be a game changer to help prioritize how to tackle larger books of business. It can really help your team do more with less but it takes quite a bit of setup to make sure you're bringing in clean data to build out the dashboards and plays. Once it is set up correctly though, it can be incredibly powerful. The service has been great and our CSM is really responsive.
