My favourite feature of CZ is being able to easily reach out to specific customers of mine via segments. Its incredibly intuitive tool to use. I use the tool daily and its brilliant to be proactive with your client base while integrating well with your calendar and meetings. Their customer support is a real treat and something they should be proud of, their level of support through email is instantaneous

I love the task and command center - this simiplifies how I go about my day to day operations and ensuring that I am emailing for each task I have to work on and keeps me organized.

For someone who is a habitual list maker on paper, ChurnZero has helped me move away from that and start to rely on the customizable segments, tasks and emails that I need to keep track of. It is a great system for people who are obsessed with organization, and for people who sorely lack a good organizational system and find themselves missing tasks/followups a lot!
