It does automate some things that optimize my time. Prepping response emails, and creating plays from tasks, that is all very useful. The training videos are helpful, even if they aren't tailored to my business and my exact needs.

It's fantastic that I can quickly and easily gauage the health of my accounts from the one location. I love that Churn Xero automatically flags any upcoming tasks, as well as renewals etc!

I love that in Churnzero I can set up the metrics to keep track of all my accounts and have a macro look with so many details available. It is a great way to start my work daily and keep track of everything I do. The health and engagement of my portfolio are easily available in graphics and colors, and the opportunity to have integrations with so many other tools and teams I work with is incredible.
