Dock transforms the b2b buyer and customer experience by providing a single destination for clients. Instead of navigating multiple email threads, hidden attachments and random links, clients visit a personalized portal when they need something. The portals are easy for client managers to set up and host all of the key resources related to the relationship (links, pdfs, embeds, videos, action plans, etc.). Great CS tool to help CS and AM teams to keep a track of all their customers

I love all the features and the complete 360 Degree view provided by the tool. It helps me and my team to track all the customer metrics and proactively engage with them. I like the ease with which it can be integrated with different tools.

I use it every day to review the health status of my team's accounts!

ChurnZero is probably the most robust CS tool in the market. I really appreciate the number of different data points that it ingests to provide a highly customized churn/health score. It provides the quantitative basis for every internal conversation we have around client health which, in coordination with the qualitative point of view from the CSMs, allows us to have a broad perspective on client health. The team works very closely with my ops team, which is key for our success using the platform. I am very satisfied with CZ!
