I enjoy being able to track the health of my entire portfolio in Churn Zero. I think my latest favorite capability is the CS AI integration. It's been wonderful to utilize. I am truly a fan as the UI is a seemless experience. I use Churn Zero every day to support my customer base. Churn Zero has been a valuable tool for my success as a Customer Success Manager and I can't wait to see what else they come up with.

The platform is very easy and intuitive to use. There are so many different fields which can be created and different levels of filtering for adhoc reporting, its essentially endless.
