I love that churn zero allows me to quickly and easily check my customers usage so I am able to refrence this information when needed. I check in everyday to see what I can help my customers improve on by using the information in CZ.

I use churn Zero every day and I love the ability to create your own segments and track your accounts easily. With being a CSM I manage many accounts and need to remember the needs of each one.
