One of my favorite features of Churn Zero is the automation of Plays and Journeys that can be triggered by various events or action within a customer segment. This is very helpful to making my customers feel that I am "in touch" and present with them more often. The Academy makes it really easy to learn how to use the system - I went from brand new to comfortable in about a week being already familiar with Salesforce and Hubspot systems and having a marketing background. Others may need longer if they are brand new to automation. The user community can be a great source for new ideas or posting questions for use case scenarios. And their Support team is always VERY responsive, often replying within an hour or less. Integration with Salesforce and Pendo opens up a lot of other possibilities that only strengthen the already great offering.
